Fenomem seeks a Social Media Manager to help guide the creation of a cohesive brand experience across social platforms and digital touch points. This person would work collaboratively within our clients' marketing and PR organizations, as well as with external agencies to drive brand-right customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, collaborative, and highly organized, along with being an innovative problem solver and a creative marketer with a strong sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Marketing & PR Manager and marketing department to identify and develop new, creative and strategic tactics to drive brand awareness and sales through social media activity
- Daily creating and postings across social media platforms
- Develop short-term and long-term plans to reach specific goals
- Consistently create, refine and enhance content across all platforms
- Develop and monitor appropriate Tone of Voice for brands through all social media
- Research developing trends, platforms, potential partnerships to implement
- Identify and analyze issues, patterns and trends in consumer comments about products/services; collaborating with customer service
- Disseminate above information to the appropriate internal and external departments so that they are able to respond accordingly:
- Ideas to product marketing
- Messaging effectiveness to marketing
- Frequently asked questions noted
- Monitor and participate in online conversation via posts to build brand visibility and thought leadership
- Author blog posts, articles, podcasts, videos and screencasts, (or relevant media) to creatively communicate product uses per company philosophies
- Monitor media channels on a daily basis or as needed for content issues
- Track and monitor social media budget
- Inspect content, including brand and product images, photographs, logos and more
- Work with retail partners to maximize promotions and marketing activity

Skills and Experience Required
- Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media
- Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously-both internal and external-in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Excels at research, possesses excellent writing skills and the ability to create editorial and technical writing output quickly
- 1-year social media experience
